The First Steps to Finding a Debt Solution
The following paperwork will be required before filling in a debt help form that can be filled in online. This is a simple questionnaire to help Payplan determine the best action to advise for each individual case.
- Contact details
- Any paperwork pertaining to court summons or visits from bailiffs
- Information on the loan(s) themselves, including the amount(s) owed and details of the credit card companies
- Details on the household income, including the wages after tax and national insurance, board, pension, child maintenance, benefits, disability living allowance, income support, child tax credits and working tax credits
- Details of the household outgoings, (not including the debt itself). This must include mortgage(s), secured loans, utility bills, living costs and childcare
- Details of charging orders or fines from the magistrates court
